Rescheduling – You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment if there’s availability. Less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and your deposit will be lost. New deposit required to rebook.

Cancellation – Deposit is non-refundable. Please tell me as soon as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else.

In serious situations, I reserve the right to make the final decision.
